Tokyo Style X is a print-on-demand (POD) apparel brand. All products are custom-made to order through our production partner Printify. Because each item is produced specifically for you after purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or errors on our part.
This policy is clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. We believe in full transparency about how our products are made and delivered.

30-Day Defect & Error Policy
We stand behind the quality of every item we ship. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery:
- Manufacturing defects (misprints, poor print quality, stitching errors)
- Damaged items (torn, stained, or otherwise damaged during production or shipping)
- Wrong item sent (incorrect design, size, or color from what was ordered)
To process your claim, please email hello@tokyo-style-x.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the defective or incorrect item
We will offer a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipment required.

Why We Cannot Accept General Returns
Because all products are made-to-order, we are unable to resell returned items. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sizing issues (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
- Color preference changes
- Change of mind after purchase
- Sale items
- Gift cards
We strongly encourage customers to review our size guide and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. However, as our products are custom-made to order, they are exempt from this right under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
