Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All products are made-to-order through our production partner Printify. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday) before shipment.

Shipping Times
- United States: 5–10 business days after processing
- International: 10–30 business days after processing

Total estimated delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@tokyo-style-x.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
